  • At the bare minimum, your should look for a therapist who is non-judgmental of non-traditional relationship structures. Ideally, they should also be poly-aware or poly-competent—meaning they understand the language, values, and common issues of ENM relationships. This ensures you receive informed, respectful, and tailored support.
